Kazen Hair and Beauty began its story on lower Johnson in the heart of downtown Victoria. With a 10 year legacy Kazen is an award winning brand creating excellence in our industry.

Since our James Bay salon opening in 2018 and the recent addition of our Oak Bay location in 2020, we have endeavored to deliver an elevated experience.

James Bay & Oak Bay

Loetitia has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, earning several diplomas and certifications for teaching and salon management in her native France. 
During her career, she’s traveled to several different countries, worked on cruise ships, and managed salons in London for 15 years before coming to Canada. Since moving to Canada she took on the role School Director for Aveda Institute Victoria for 5 years before opening her own Aveda salon. She continues to grow with the opening of Kazen’s second location in Oak Bay in partnership with a former employee and now a new business partner.

Oak Bay

Originally from the Okanagan Valley, Cheryl has been a hairstylist and business owner for over 20 years. Her diverse set of skills include men’s and women’s cutting, color, perms and esthetic services. 
She relocated to Victoria and joined the Kazen team in 2019. She continues to grow and form a partnership with Loetitia to open Kazen’s second location in Oak Bay. She brings enthusiasm behind the chair to all of her clients. 
When she is not behind the chair she loves sailing, cooking and enjoying all the beauty the island offers.

Stylist Oak Bay

Lisa is passionate about creating a great guest experience. Her journey as a Hair Stylist first sparked when she took a position as a shampoo girl at her local Beauty Parlour.

A graduate then Educator of the Victoria Aveda Institute, Lisa has a knack for quick, creative hair tricks and educating her guests about the perfect take home products. With 10 years of experience  she is a creative stylist with a passion for guest experience.

Stylist Oak Bay

Ewelina was born and raised in Poland. She moved to London England when she was 19. She studied Hairdressing in Kingston college and worked 7 years in a high end salon. In 2013, she immigrated to Canada and further advanced her career.

Ewelina has a passion for colours especially balayage and anything blonde. She loves creating naturally blended looks. She specializes in long hair and her favourite way to finish services is with a classic round brush blow out.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking and baking.
